The Steamer Virginia V is a National Historic Landmark and a treasure of Puget Sound maritime history. From the homeport in the city’s vibrant South Lake Union neighborhood, Virginia V travels the waters of Puget Sound and explores the region’s rich history as it cruises south to attend Olympia Harbor Days. Virginia V is scheduled to attend again in 2019, each year offering a Weekend Cruise to Olympia from Tacoma.

Come aboard at Olympia Harbor Days! Experience a piece of the past with a tour of the Olympia Harbor and Tugboat Race Viewing.  A ticket is required for all passengers. All boarding starts 1/2 hour prior to cruise time. Find ticket links below.

Lady Washington Advanced Excursion Ticket Booking: August 28 – September 3, 2019 Port of Olympia, Port Plaza Dock

Lady Washington, the official tall ship of Washington State, will visit the state capitol for Olympia Harbor Days! The ship will offer Vessel Tours by donation, and Tugboat Race viewing. Click here to visit their website.

Sailing guests will embark on sailing experiences as it was done for hundreds of years. Join in a sea shanty, enjoy breathtaking views, and meet the modern day crew that travels the west coast. A ticket is required for all passengers, including babies. Children 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult. Refreshments are not provided, but you are welcome to bring your own (no glass please). Accessibility is addressed on a case-by-case basis, so please talk to us ahead of time to be sure we can accommodate your needs. Please call 1-800-200-5239 if you have any questions.
